At T3 we’re firm believers that every athlete is different, which is why we create bespoke training plans for each person. We want to get to know you and be part of your journey to achieve your goals. We only take on a few athletes each, so that you get the attention and quality you deserve.


The Process

Just send us a nice email and we’ll get back to you. We will chat, get to know each other and discuss/plan your goals. So that we can create you a bespoke training plan we discuss your life commitments and available training hours. The more communication the better.

Now it’s on to the training. Get out there!

Record your training and let us know how you’re getting on. We’ll analyse and chat regularly to make sure you’re working towards those goals.

How good do you need to be?

You can be at any standard from beginner through to elite athlete. We’ve coached all levels with great success. As long as you’re keen and willing to put in 100% then we’ll help you achieve your goals.
