For £200 a month, you get our full attention, daily schedule flexibility, and direct 1-2-1 access to a coach who has raced and coached at an elite international level. No compromises, and no hidden upgrades.

Your coach builds your custom TrainingPeaks plan from scratch around your physiology, career and family commitments . No generic templates here.

We’ll pair you with the T3 coach who best matches your specific distance, experience level, and personality to ensure you have the ultimate support system.

Everything we offer. You get a completely bespoke, week-by-week training plan delivered via TrainingPeaks that is built entirely around your career and family commitments. It includes unlimited communication (texts, calls, emails) with your coach, dynamic daily schedule changes, custom race-day pacing and nutrition plans, and full access to our T3 Team community and premium brand discounts.

No hidden sign-up fees and no locked-in long-term contracts. Our coaching runs on a rolling monthly subscription. We believe the quality of our coaching and the progress you see week-by-week is what will make you want to stay. If your circumstances change, you can pause or cancel at any time.

We coach all abilities. While our coaches have raced at the elite and professional levels, our athletes range from total beginners targeting their very first sprint distance to seasoned age-groupers chasing Ironman World Championship slots. If you are committed to turning up and doing the work, we can build a plan for you.

As often as you need to. We do not place caps or limits on text messages, emails, or phone calls. Whether you need a quick adjustment before a track session, a deep dive into your power data, or a phone call to talk through race-day logistics, your coach is fully accessible.

Because our coaching is completely 1-2-1, there is no "standard" T3 template. A typical week is built entirely from scratch around your specific life schedule, available training hours, and target race distance.
We can know more once we jump on a call to discuss your needs. However, even then, it will be a constantly iterating process - developing and adapting in real-time as you progress within the sport.
