Join us for the T3 Swim Club at Sea Lanes, Canary Wharf — a coached session led by Mark Threlfall and Will Crudgington.
What to expect:
Focus on the fundamentals of efficient freestyle: stroke breakdown, key skills and practical drills you can take away.
Personal technique feedback from the coaches throughout the session.
After the swim, join us for a drink at the Sea Lanes bar and an informal Q&A with the coaches.
What to bring:
Swim kit (goggles, towel, etc.). Wetsuits are recommended because the session will include frequent starts and stops.
We’ll provide T3 swim caps; feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
Facilities:
Changing rooms and showers are available on site.

The session includes a thorough run-through of the freestyle stroke, with step-by-step drills to help you. Within this time we will video you swimming both above and below the water so that we can provide a detailed analysis of your stroke - providing you with tips and drills to take home with you.
The session lasts 2 hours, with various pauses to chat on land, and look through footage.
Marlborough itself is a beautiful town - should you wish to arrive earlier for a coffee, we would happily join :)
